Prior to your appointment

Prior to your initial full set AND fill appointments, please do the following:

• Come with freshly cleansed lashes. This allows the artist more time to apply the extensions and less time removing makeup. There will be an additional charge if your artist needs to provide a Luxury Lash Bath (see service menu)

• Remove all eyeliner, eyeshadows and concealers.

• Avoid thick moisturizers, sunblocks and eye creams within a few hours of your appointment. The oils in these products prevent the under eye pads and tape from adhering to your skin.

• Avoid caffeine, pre workout, diet pills, etc. This is an opportunity for you to be comfortable and relax; take advantage of your time.

• Use the restroom

• Turn off your cellphone as a courtesy to other clients as well and yourself. Enjoy your “me” time.

• Arrive 10 min early to your initial appointment to cleanse your lashes and fill out our client consent form.

We understand if you are coming straight from another obligation and do not have your cleansing product with you. We provide makeup remover and lash bath at the studio, but please remember to arrive early so cleansing does not cut into your lash time.
