Time is very valuable here at Lash Avenue to ensure that all clients are provided with the best lash application possible. For this reason, we please ask that you are on time for all of your appointments. We also ask that you THOROUGHLY clean your lashes prior to your full set AND fill appointments. If you need to clean your lashes before your appointment begins, we have Borboleta Lash Bath provided in the restroom for you where you can clean your lashes before your service begins. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in such case. Please note If your lashes are not cleansed before your appointment, we cannot guarantee your service and no complementary adjustments will be given.

In the event that you are running late for your appointment, please call to inform us so we can let your artist know. Please be aware that if you are late, your appointment time will not be extended and full results cannot be guaranteed. You will still be responsible for payment of the full service cost. No discounts will be given.

We require a valid credit card on file to book all appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule you appointment we ask that you do so no later than a day before your scheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled same day will be subject to a 50% service charge. Any appointments no showed will be subject to a 100% service charge. We understand that an OCCASIONAL missed appointment due to unavoidable events can happen. However, the final decision of the following enforced policy will be up to management and your lash artist.

If for any reason you feel dissatisfied with our services, we strongly encourage open communication with your lash artist. We appreciate all feedback, negative or positive, from our clients to better serve you. If you feel you have any questions or concerns beyond the capability of your lash artist, you may call or email the management team.
